Who am I
Hey, its REEK I’m a Music artist based out of North Carolina, shaped by a lifetime of travel and growth. Born in Valdosta, Georgia and raised in a military family. This led me to live across the world, from North Carolina to Panama and from Panama to Japan, each place leaving a certain rhythm in my heart. Serving in the military myself was a journey that taught me discipline and perspective, but also revealed a deeper calling to music.
My passion for sound began in VA, and the calling for doing music full-time came from a battle of depression and isolation that showed me a lot about life, even though I was doing so little. Transforming pain into purpose is how I see it, and I’ll continue to do so. Today, through every lyric and melody, I share insight while inviting listeners to feel, reflect, and connect in any way they see fit.
